About Us

We are a group of friends who met during a retreat at the Insight Meditation Society (IMS) in Barre, MA and decided to start our own sangha to support each other's practices.

While we draw primarily from the Insight/Theravada Tradition of IMS, we welcome all perspectives. Whether you're taking your first steps into meditation or deepening an established practice, you'll find support and guidance here.

Our Mission

To provide accessible Buddhist meditation instruction and create a supportive community for spiritual growth in Brooklyn. We believe in the transformative power of the Dharma.

Who We Are

Our community is guided by dedicated practitioners who bring diverse backgrounds and deep wisdom to support your meditation journey.
